but there is a difference between constructive criticism and "he/she's a bag of f*cking wank" comments.

I love the club and the board too but doesn't Promise need us on the board more than we need the board itself? What I mean is we can go on any board but, if it wasn't for the existence of the Promise board and the people I met on it, I wudn't have come to Promise at all. The board does the club a lot of good.

BTW, why exactly was Cogan banned? R u going to ban all of ur loyalist Promise goers?

I don’t usually post to these kinds of threads, but I felt I should add my voice; when you hurt someone’s feelings, or try to hijack someone’s income stream, then you need to watch out.

Basically, it is only a few fuckwits and their sheep-like genetically inferior drone copies, who can’t seem to use the brains they were born with. That might seem quite intellectually elitist, but I have had the pleasure of meeting some of these evolutionary throwbacks, people who think that they can look down on high, and deliver crushing blows to DJ's, producers and fellow member's alike.

It’s quite sad, as most of these individuals struggle with basic functions like personal hygiene and correct vocabulary. My favourite, is the 'Ledged in their own lunchtime DJ's'; the cream of their local cul-de-sac, with an amazing 6 weeks of DJ'ing behind them, they decide its time for world domination and no DJ is better than them. They ooze 'technicality' and feel that a set at Homelands is just around the corner. These shabbily packaged living turds should really learn manners and develop mouth closing skills; this will prevent them from saying stupid things to people who might one day decide its time to return the comment physically.

What ever happened to manners and common sense? I'm all for fun, but sometimes I can’t believe the nerve of some people. Funnily enough, most of these idiots would not say it to your face.

Constructive comments and criticism is good; two faced back biting and slagging off is bad. Unless you have a peanut on a string, that swings between 'yes', 'no' and 'I'll have another' in your head, then I'm sure you know the difference.

It would be easy to reduce most of these people to tears with a few choice words, but then, that would be coming down to their level.

Negative posters; don’t waste any more thread space, simply voice your opinions to me the next time I'm out.
