    If we can get a decent amount for given I woulndt be against us selling him like- Class goalie but Harper is pretty much a clone of him anyway.

    Read an article about given the other day which basically said although hes a mint shot stopper, world class goalies organise their defence well enough so that they don't have to stop a huge number of shots. Shay doesn't seem to have hadthat kind of effect on newcastles defence over the last 8-10 years- thought it was an interesting point

    A lot of world class keepers come with world class defenders in front of them, this is unfortunate for shay as they've mostly been shite!! it is a weakness to his game but the defenders are to blame also.
