    When I was playing hard trance, I started buy a lot of stuff that would now be called hardstyle. It was still called hard trance then (albeit very hard) and I remeber the name hardstyle creeping in on a couple of forums I used to go on. The forums mainly had Dutch and Italian members though so it's probebly them who started it.

    When I was playing it, everyone hated it... Now everyone seems to be loving it. I think it's a bit shit now like. It's not really progressed and got a bit too hard at one point.
