If America allow their people to have guns in their possession, wouldn't it be down to the legal system as to why they are given the right to have them? I think it has a great deal to do with the system.

I couldn't begin to think what its like to have somebody close to me murdered. The whole point of trial is to bring people to justice and to impose the appropriate degree of criminal liability. Its the liberty of all persons involved here, would it honestly make you feel better if he was given a simple lethal injection to kill him.

To convict somebody, you need sufficient evidence in order to do so. You cant be certain that he killed Holly and Jessica, especially when there is such an evidential burden as to how they were actually killed.

If somebody close to you was murdered, would you march up to their murderer and kill them? I doubt it, however I apologise if I'm wrong.
