    source?!?!?!?

were you not in england during the lead up to the war? I recall one of the largest protests englands seen... but then I may be mistaken
  4. Guest

 a protest is hardly the majority of the country, but hey your views might differ from mine

i by no means believe that small proportion of the country turning up to show there disgust for war has any real bearing on todays societys views

    :D

almost every single poll showed a huge opposition to the war?!?!?

the march was only a tiny part of the protest.
  6. Guest

so you believe the polls show a view of the country

and not the view of what your country wants you to believe??

    propaganda my friend

believe the peoples views around you

Not the entire UK population, as a matter of fact recent research shows that they are all for the move that blair took on battling with evil in iraq and hope that the job is finished and they can assist in the iraqies living a better way of life...

oh aye and pleased that Sadam has been taken, couldnt have taken sadam without fighting

Spain pulled out when they were bombed why shouldn't we?

They were in the same scenario as us.

They are no longer considered to be as big a target.

lol negotiation with terrorists is the only solution.

Look at Northern Ireland, look as South Africa, look at Palestine.

Negotiation is the only solution otherwise you get trapped in a downard spiral of violence.

lol typical conservative knee jerk reaction.

Your pig headed predictable retort is the obvious and unintelligent answer, it ignore circumstances and bundles every single terrorist cause in the same category.

You ahve to consider all the factors when dealing with terrorism - you can't have one policy for every situation as every situation is different.

Under Margret Thatchers rule she had a non-negotiation policy with the IRA.... did it work? No... They continued to bomb the fuck out of us, it was only when we opened up dialogue that the attacks stopped.

You can rarely fight terror with terror... dialogue is the only solution.

We would not be showing weakness by pulling out of Iraq, its not like Al Queada are a serious threat to the western world... they're an irritant in the larger scale.... I suggest you consider your response :)

So, the middle east peace process would move forward if the israelis and palestani's stop talking and continue to shoot each other?

The peace process in Northern Ireland has made some significant progress because both sides have got round a table and talked things over (hence the Good Friday Agreement).

America would be left to clean up their own mess.

We have no real impact on the outcome, we're just a crutch for america to lean on from time to time.

Firstly, it's more likely that we've been targeted because of the G8 summit...

Secondly, waving guns at people and taking regimes out does not solve everything....
