flights are a bit on the steepside though, worked out about £2000 with taxes, but i'm flying via the States so I can see my dad for a few days and to break the flights up.

the trek to macchu pichu should cost around £400, that includes food, hire of guide, and tent hire though. the cost of living after that is really really low, so your $ will go quite far.

I would go to the China wall, travel around there for a bit, and then to Tibet and see Mount Everest I wana do that on my next holiday
