not bein able to go to the hoppings after GC cos of the rain!!

havin roughly 4 hours sleep before goin to work 2nt...was in true ted and whiplash style...a fookin retard!!!!

Lookin @ that has made me feel totally better that - thanks v.much Si - its happened to me loads lately and to be honest its shite u were even there after GSSS on the bus n it werent nice which explains me silence all way home - i wont change what i do when i go clubbing for the fact that ive had some of the best nights of me life when out - Paranoia tho is a fuckin nightmare and for me i think its coz im not in the right state of mind - either that or im overdoin it when im out - id hate to be worse a state than what i get coz @ the moment its bad enough the way i go and i feel for anyone that it does hit badly - i was ok @ Promise on fri n then come sat maybe coz id had little or none sleep i was fucked n me head just gans up me arse and i sit there lookin like a spare prick in a wedding - not to worry i shall be ok !!!

noticed u were quiet on the way home but thought u were just knacked. maybe we should form a para support group so we can sort each other out when it hits. Make badges like "I've gona para gimme a hug" or summik, lol.
The only thing I've noticed is I tend to get it more often when, i'm in a state, I'm somewhere really crowded/hot, if i'm ded tired from the night before, not at Promise.... but can strike anywhere really... even when i'm with all me best mates
