China is economically capitalist but politically Stalinist, worst of both worlds. Not communist at all, no economically Communist states exist atm, only ones who are Capitalists going under a Socialist guise, as opposed to FSU.

I don't use any supplements, cos they are too expensive some are allowed, some arent. I hear from my trainer thet they do work but that the effect is marginal. If I go to the worlds, I am deffo gonna load up on some Creatine, will need every advantage I can get
