Exactly. Although that doesn't mean run down Northumberland street on a sledge, being pulled by Alsatians, stabbing everyone with a french stick!

I am really looking forward to sunday dinner, and i may just try some mince pies as well... though i hope no one gets offended if i just spit it out :)

as for chariot races... well, i shall leave that for when i am in rome... wouldnt want anyone thinking we americans go riding chariots through the town center all the time ;-)

No offence to anyones cooking here but Sunday dinner isn't something to look forward to IMO. It's fucking rank - just have a bowl of pasta or something, you'll thatnk me for it in the end. :p

we dont have sunday dinner in my house coz no1 eats it, but this one time a few weeks ago i came home from a long weekend feeling rather yukky, and my mam said "kerry ive made ure tea" which was nice coz she never normally does, and i went into the kitchen to find this big lobster on a plate, one look at it and i turned green (or rather pink eh cogan ;) ) and had to leave the room, none for lobster for ya sunday dinner!!!

infact i hardly ever eat on sundays full stop!

Me mum makes the best sunday dinner, can't get enough of it when it's made properly .. mash tatees made with butter, proper yorkshire pudding, chicken breast with sage and sausage stuffing, buttered mash turnip.. gravy made with chicken stock.. mmmm... :)

    *RANDOM*
Had a few sunday dinners at peoples places and it doesn't taste the same. Odd isn't it.. how someone can make the best sunday meal you'll find, and another makes it and it tastes crap :D
