    Lol, Linzi you know me & I fukin love techno! theres nothing better than watching someone like Simms, (old style) Kanzyani or someone like Umek take the roof off a club with a nice slab of 'proper techno'.
    I just cant seem to get away with most parts of minimal? it sound a rediculous statement to make but i just dont get the music?
    I listen to some tracks weather it be various CD's at your place or in a club iv'e been dragged to by the like of Nicky etc.. & just cant help but think "what the fuk have you been sat in a studio doing for all this time?"
    It's not twisted, fukd up, deep or Dark techno? it's shit, and can only really be appreciated on Ket as you certainly cant dance to the fuker! LOL!
    Having witnessed you's come back from the Arches the other month to find that Umek & Valentino were attempting to 3-deck minimal made me sick? why?
    It's beyond me why they choose to take the minimal path instead of sticking to what there best known for & good at?
    I listen to old Hawtin CD's from Sanky's & the likes & his music selection is so much better, no doubt using the Laptops he's doing a lot more live these days which also has to be appreciated, but for me the tracks he's playing now just doesn't entertain me?

    most releases on his Recycled Loops label & his track selection a few years back, to me, probably most others was/is 'proper techno'?

    I feel the same way Proudy, but havent heard it 'out' yet just heard a few sets/CDs. Nicky has told me this night will change my mind about it though so Im going to give it a shot. If its wank then Im wanting my £10 entrance fee back off the cunt :lol: ;)
