As mentioned before only Blackpool has more pubs per square mile than Sunderland making it very popular with Students.

Therefore Sunderland is a good place to go out drinking and fucking students.

The "city" itself is very small. Its a minging as the next place as long as the next place inst Newcastle.

Newcastle is famous for having people who wear football shirts every day & for their love of Greggs patsys.

i havent seen much of it, so i cant really judge it. however the part i saw happened to be like bosnia, so my intial impressions are not good ones.

there may be nice parts - i just aint seen em.
