You follow teams that are doing well? You're not even a real fan. It wouldn't surprise me if you supported Liverpool during the 80's.

Fucking hell. You've made more mistakes in that sentence than Mike Ashley's made with the team you "hate".

bit of a delay here like, i've only just got to a computer...

i think we started with a lot of urgency and was surprised at how well we passed the ball around. krul, smith and carroll all looked decent, and duff didn't do too badly. by no means the finished article though, we need a proper right back as ryan taylor looked lost there, and coloccini had an absolute shocker. ideally we can get rid of him, but i'd drop him and put kadar in. gutierrez still has no final ball and can't pass, and ameobi is awful.

i'm not sure whether it'll happen, but if we get a new owner and manager before the transfer window closes and make a few decent signings, we could just do alright.

given the state we're in, i wouldn't get rid of shola just yet, but we desperately need a new striker. we only have three strikers really, one being 19 and the other 20, and all of those we have are 'supporting' strikers. we have nobody that can just stick the ball in the back of the net.
apparently xisco is this type of player, but i'm yet to see it.

I totally agree, the players just need some direction & an actual Manager that can look at new players to see us through!

Word in the rag's is that O'Leary is tipped if Ashley keeps the Club on? Bit of a strange one considering it was Ashley who brought Shearer in the 1st place, but thinking on id be happy with anyone as soon as.

... well maybe a bit rash, id dread the thought of JK coming back

aye carrol looked like he had a heart unlike the rest of your team, hes got to improve to get a start everyweek tho

amiobi was decent too if he buried that chance he would have been the hero again

Smith was easily my MOTM until Krul put the performance in he did. You must have missed the majority of the game come to think of it as he was brilliant. All over the park (unlike the usual lazy Smith we tend to get), going straigh through players & not missing any 1-on-1's, pushing forward constantly while also pulling back into a more defensive role when needed, he was a pleasure to watch on Saturday.

Carrol is exactly what the toon need this season, strength up front thats capable of holding the ball until duff or Jonas get up the park. He looked solid on saturday.

Im even more confused now as to what match you actually seen as Ameobi was fukin appauling. His sense of urgency for a striker is shocking. He missed a sitter, injured our keeper & created absolutely fuck all up front. Quicker that young Nile Ranger gets the taste of a decent run out the better imo.

I think its more fucking annoying and gutting that Ameobi knocked Steve Harper out yet cant hit fuck all normally?

I dont think we played too badly, Krul was MOTM by a country mile - Alan Smith played class and Guttierez was looking good till he go to the byline every fucking time - i think the last person i seen at Newcastle who was a winger, shit hot and could cross a ball was Ginola or Robert?? Since then we have had fuck all. We will never know why Barton didnt start or if there was more trouble and why o why did Ranger only come on for about a minute?

Loving the papers the day after, as soon as someone has a good game there rumoured to be off, we will see if any of them materialise and also whats going to happen with the sale of the club or if that cockney killer whale is gonna stay.

They played better than I thought but give it a few weeks and you'll lose more of your players amd still be without a manager and not sign anybody. The only team in the english football leagues yet to bring in any new players this season.

Krul did have a good game but i would have expected most of the save he made, his first down to his left hand side was a decent save as his first real involvement in game, then his have from the corner he originally flapped at was good.

I'd say smith impressed me most, the pace of the championship seemed to suit him as he was conceding a free kick from most of his challenges in the prem. He had his timing spot on for the majority of the game.

Nolan, what a bag of fuckin shite!! i didn't even know he was on the pitch for the majority of the first half, i thought his legs looked bad in the prem, he's fuckin shot to bits after seein how off the pace he was on sat. Hopefully Barton the shit bag doesn't cause anymore rucks and he starts next game.

Col is a liability, his nervous are there for all to see and brom played on it all game with moore playin off the back of him. watchin him try to play from the back was painful, SHIFT IT YOU BIG WIG CUNT!
