Thought the venue was decent if not a little too light for my liking, good to see a lot of faces out for it, found myself mostly by the speaker stack at the front right hand side after moving across from the other side after my lass getting knocked into off some rather enthusiastic lager boys early doors

swopped over to the other side which seemed to be sunglasses-wearing student stage at one point! please someone tell me they got some photo's of THAT guy about 2am??!! :D couldnt quite believe my eyes (no not when Daly took his top off either!)

Musically I wont lie, I was really disappointed, zero flow to the set, dubious mixing (traktor tho right?) was just all over and didnt expect to be hearing something on radio 1's playlist/top 10 (dunno what its called but he playted it about 4th/5th tune????) or Nirvana ! Shame as the effort put into the whole thing must have been massive and lets face it, the main reason everyone was there was to see 4 hours from a don of the scene, who in my opinion didn't really turn up.

What is the crack with the drinks 'tokens' too? I went for a bottle of water and a vodka and coke and was told vodka n coke is 2 tokens (£6 then yeah?) and I could only get 2 bottles of water which was 1 token!? (I only wanted 1, not 2 ta) can someone please shed some light on the rather mis-leading signs that said 1 drink = 1 token......as it clearly wasn't, or was the barmaid trying it on? who knows?

Great venue and well organised, just a bit let down with the main part.

Great venue and yes, very well organised.

Was good catching up with a few peeps - the 2 Scotts, Daly, Jono, etc.

But yes, the music was very disappointing. That Nirvana track was terrible.

I was getting vodka & coke for the missus for 1 token, JD & coke for myself for 1 token, so not sure why you were being charged 2 tokens!? Were you asking for doubles? And yes, was 2 bottles of water for 1 token, which I thought seemed reasonable.

All in all a decent night at a great venue, so props to Danny and all for that, but let down by disappointing music.

Thought it was the barmaid being dim but I heard her say that to the girl that was in front of me, so I asked to double check and she told me the same.....?!

vodka and coke was one token ( i had a few myself and were all decent measures). really unsure why you would get charged any more - can you PM me with what bar and description of barmaid?

all tokens were £3 but the venue didnt want to charge £3 for a bottle of water ( although they could of) so people got two bottles of water for £3.

I thought FK was good, played a bit of everything although nirvana track and one before that was a bit strange. still, i was stood at the back when he dropped nirvana tune and it got a really good reaction from most of the crowd...

apologies for anyone stuck in queue getting in, we had issues with tickets sold from AV festival not matching up.

Even though I wasn't drinking I cant remember what she looked like, was the bar at the back pal, it's no biggie, although I did think she might be wrong I just got something else instead.

Aye was stuck in the q for a good 30mins +.....nippy to say the least in just a tee shirt!
