    I'm not talking about the guitar fills...i was refering to unusual and difficult chord and key changes, syncopated rythms and changes in rhythms...to name but a few

    Please dont try nd lecture me on what is technical I've studied music for 16 years...I think I know what warrants the label technical

    I can give you a million bands that can achieve these feats...

    Look at modern bands like pavement.

    Guns and Roses were a good and catchy stadium rock band... nothing more, nothing less.

    its alot harder to play guitar wise than that of the beatles, but technical doesn't always mean good anyways. i used to love GnR but they were just another stadium rock band imo :)

    Shame :down: Will have to get hold of their albums again, fave was Brighten The Corners :love: quality :D
