    ferry is cheaper but 2 more days stuck on a ferry is a nitemare, fly over in an hour and have 2 more days in Amsterdam!!!!!!!!!!!:)

    Jet2 do flights from Newcastle to Amsterdam from £1, it works out at about £50 with taxes and airport charges.

    BA and KLM also fly from Newcastle to Amsterdam but are about twice the price.

    after taking a sea sick tablet & being out on the carribean sea (which by the way is very calm) & turning greener by the second...

    i feel sorry for who comes with me if we go by sea :lol:

    I dunno mate, i just read it in the paper :confused:

    When someone went over off here (think it was Princess Jane) earlier this year, she said she'd asked a local and they said it was bollocks!
