"Well- as you requested here is a review of my night at Godskitchen in Newcastle on Saturday.

As you can expect I was a bit nervous before this one. My debut for such a huge club organisation. I had no idea about what to expect. As we drove into the arena area alot of my questions were answered. It was 10pm and the que outside the venue was absolutely massive....we were in for a busy one.

The atmosphere in the main arena was already fantastic and within 20 minutes of me starting it was pretty much full. I think there must have been about six thousand people in the main room. I think that Newcastle is a perfect location for such an event because people can be attracted to it from the north of England but there is also a great pull from Scotland- and the Scots really add to the atmosphere.

Godskitchen really put on a good show and the lighting and visuals really added to the occassion. The sound system from my perspective was particularly good.

The music I was playing really seemed to strike a chord with the crowd which was really pleasing. Tunes like DJ Tab- Radiate and Exertion- Partizan got particularly good reactions. As did Ronski Speed-EOS and The new Corderoy tune (Dont know its name). I couldnt resist playing Connected and was amazed at the reaction it got....thanks guys.

Have to agree with you here, at least I have found someone else who thought he was best of the night...

Any idea what that tune is he played near the start, it was his first or second. It had 3 really dirty bits of bass every so often, probably about the hardest tune i have ever managed to hear...

It was an amazing night!!

Was dancing all the way to the end, was good getting pictures of me, mates with dj's. Did anyone see the monkey that the tidy boys had spinning on the deaks?? Was my mates he gave it to andy as a birthday pressie!!

Madders was keen to get every girl dancing on the stage in hh room. Dance for a little while on them myself!!!

My god one of the bestsets of the night.

All in all good night, was v pleased that there were no hassal at all and everyone was really enjoying themselves/
