I checked out that site you show and after a lot of digging it turns out to be a project of some guy in the US who has "a degree in political science from Fairfax university" - not someone i would take over the worlds leading climatologists. There is also on his site an article about using the bible to find oil in Israel. maybe a right wing nut job then. I have no way of finding out who funds him though
you have to ask who does fund all this naysaying and ...... well it usually turns out to be people who have most to lose, namely rich american republicans connected to the oil industry or the auto industry or supporters of the military who's main way of getting more money and power over the past 60 years has been the 'strategic' protection of the US oil supply.

I don't know the truth about climate change but it seems to me that common sense tells you that we can't go on raping the planet forever without any consequences. If we don't do anything now it will be too late to do anything when the effects have become irreversable. If we do do something now and it wasn't true well it won't be a disaster, we'll have a cleaner environment at least.
