We'll be going down again but only for the Saturday. Got a mate who lives near the site so no worries about where to stay while we are down there

I've done this before (well, hired a van and chucked a matress in the back). At least then you know everything is relatively secure, you won't get randoms coming in when you're asleep, you can get up off the ground if it is raining, and know that your stuff will be dry etc. Take a cool box for beer and food, and an eye mask and ear plugs to be assured of a good sleep (assuming your ability to sleep isn't hindered by anything else)!

I'd camp if I could find a cheap tend somewhere. Just put very little inside and a little comedy bolt on the zip.

    Re: Re: Global Gathering

Hmmmm....... well I wouldnt go that far- it was ok, although that was the first time I had seen PVD and Tiesto, and I was expecting better things from them. Imo PVD played a better set at Creamfields. The only outstanding set I can remember from Global was Ferry's. The night was kinda marred by us having taken 10 hours to get there on a coach with no air conditioning. We got there 3 hours late and so I missed everyone I wanted to see on the Beach outdoor arena :( Anyone going this year I'd definitely advise you to get the train down!

The Friday looks good to me. The pikey factor will be far lower as well.
