Perfect-Post-Promise-Pick-me-up..

2 Fried Eggs (runny yoke),
2 bacon (no cripsy fat),
2 sausage (not burnt),
2 toast (tanned with plenty of Lurpack).
Beans (properly cooked, none of this microwave malarky),

And a pot of tea with 5 drops of Trace Minerals.

If this dont sort you out for the day then nothing will!

i once cooked a full english breakfast at ades house for 5 ppl, i was very proud of myself coz id only just learnt how to cook tea and coffee the night b4, im the lass who has difficulty cooking toast :spangled:

Keep on trying with those breakfasts.. you'll get the hang of it!
I'm very capable of cooking an outstanding breakfast.. but the days when I'm still mullered from the night before, i generally jump on the Number 7 bus and get it cooked for me down a cafe in Gosforth.. cos in that state I simply cant be bothered!
