I made this EXACT mistake drank only a box of country manor wine on the sat and no sleep and no water and one slice of pizza. I then fainted in the middle of amy winehouse completely blacked out and had to get carried out and by some guy and passed over to the paramedics over the railing with my ass out to the whole of glastonbury. I got carried over RIGHT at the front of amy winehouse and carried to paramedic tent as a punishment for getting so cocky   I was fine after a sit down and some food and water. I wanna apologise to Katie and the rest for nearly making them have a heartattack and also getting dragged over the railings with bare buttocks out :D

festival bedlam's allways good crack, i saw Jay-Z on the glasto highlights and thought that it totally killed the Pyramid stage, but i also realised even if he was there - the main stage doesent really sum up the whole festival - with there being so much else to see and do, so on that score - even if fatman scoop headlines next year, i'll definately be going for everything else :)

We were just so lucky with the weather to be honest. Jay z was shit but the verve made up for that last night. Was traumatised getting up at 4am to set off though

The verve fully justified Noel's comments, its a live band over a phoney rapper singing other peoples lyrics any day of the week!

Did anyone manage to hook up with Purvy? I called him the morning after he set off, it was 9.30am, no bands were on & he was chewing his bracket off in his tent:lol:

We went down on wednesday and got back about 11 last night. I had one of the best experiences of my life, there are so many different things on and so much to do. Walking up the hill past the tipi field and seeing the actual size of the place is unreal. I think we managed to have a look around all of the site, seeing a few bizare things on the way. i'd definately go again next year

    best performances for me:
    The Wombats
    Pete Doherty
    The Verve
    Vampire Weekend
    Hot Chip
    Pigeon Detectives
    The Family Mahone

Deciding to jump in the mud on the sunday night may have been a bit silly, but we got a small crowd and put a smile on their face so its all good. The journey home took forever, we did 30 miles in 3 hours on the way out

So ten miles an hour, six minutes a mile. Not a bad pace after a week of getting smashed.
