    Its bizarre I smoke quite a bit...well I duno sometimes I will go weeks where I do everyday but I can go for ages without thinking about it! I haven't had once since Sunday and haven't even given it a second thought! You can do it Katie you know you can! I dunnno how you cut down on food (I could never) surely this must be much easier!

    Someone said to me on nye "You would be nice if you didn't smoke!" Some girl overheard n was like EEEE THE CHEEK OF YOU ...She was smoking at the time :lol:

    i used to smoke 20 a day when i was younger. after several attempts to quit from will power alone i managed it and didn't smoke for a year or so.

    now when i drink i like to smoke so i don't deny myself it. never wake up the next day craving either so i'm lucky.

    @ Jess cutting down on food has nothing on what this feels like! Today I have been feeling really shaky and sick and my eyesight is going funny? WITHDRAWL SYMPTOMS :cry: Im trying to go strong but the real test will be friday etc...

    There is no point of trying to stop FULLY because u will start again when you are oot!! Or suppose its pointless stopping then smoking again on a weekend :oops: :love:

    I only ever smoke when I'm out. The thought of smoking when I'm in the house never appeals, unless it's a joint but that's just to get stoned.

    I don't do new years resolutions but have been hating waking up and smelling smoke after a night out recently so haven't bothered the last few times I was out.

    Old people who have been smoking all their lives are usually rank.

    I dont wanna smoke at all. But its just so hard when you go out etc, cos I always associate cigarettes with wine at the weekend etc its how I relax at the end of the week :cry: IM GOING DOWN!
