True Im not over weight just about right I would think but when i do out weight on it just all goes to my stomach no where else and I get a little pop belly!! I guess sit ups would get rid of it! Its from drinking larger probably!! :evil: I jsut need to start doing teh sit ups lately I have been moaning to my BoyuF I feel fat well not fat but not like I used to be and I know I shud do something about it as it does get me down so I guess after this thread it might inspire me!
If it really bothered you you would have the motivation to do something. I've been piling on weight since I got my own place and hardly any of my clothes fit me anymore. I refuse to buy bigger clothes so Im gonna fit into my old ones instead. As soon as I start my new job Im joining the gym and Im gonna go after work at least 3 times a week. Getting home a bit later won't bother me cos in my current job I dont get home til after 7. Even if I go to the gym for an hour after work I'll be home sooner than I am now. I'll just have to prioritise everything, do housework on the nights Im not going to the gym so I dont have to do everything at once I'm not gonna turn round and say I cant go to the gym cos Ive got housework to do. I'm gonna make time to be able to go
You sound really organised you see im not like that! But your right I guess if it really botehred me I would have the motivation but I aint changed in clothes sizes (yet) IM only a size 8 sometimes even a 6 so I was underweight not Im about the right weight it just scares mne to see the scales go up but I guess the older you get your bound to put weight on! I think!! I decided a couple of weeks ago to cut down on all the shite I eat and taht seems to be working fine ! Its the weekends that get me! I am going to but a side some time for some exercise thou!
ha ah - thats the same with me - my clothes hardly fit anymore and i refuse to buy bigger clothes. But the only reason i ahve put wieght on is cos i quit 6th form, and while i was looking for a job i have just been at home sitting on my arse, eating (i always eat when im bored, even when im not hungry.) But am atsrting my job soon, so i wont be sitting pigging out all day and the weight should come off.
Just join the sportscentre gym, 20 a month and u get free access to sports centre/swimmin baths and the louisa at stanley
I ahve a gym membership - finishes in may, but i find it boring as fuck, i love playing sports, but find the gym so boring :sleep:
I was a size 8 about 2 years ago and never thought Id put weight on. It will probably catch up with you one day and probably soon aswell! I wish I could still eat what I like and be dead skinny
Carbs, but not too many if you're not very active throughout the day. Cereal's are cool, but watch your sugar intake as a lot of them are full of it. I like Shreddies
I cant eat what I like I used to be able to but soon realised I couldnt anymore Ive put weight in since moving out and being with Chris as we get alot of take aways! So guess I have to start watching that No more curry's!! Allie- I normally have cooc pops have since i was a kid not too good as full of chocolate:evil: But now and then I have a banna and an orange but not too often just when I have nee time for breakfast until I get to work and all that is in the canteen is fruit! So fruit it should be! Maybe Ill see!
Cooc pops eh? I'm not sure Coco Pops have actually seen any real chocolate in their lives Just check the sugar content on the box! Fruit's good though, you should eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day

Shouldn't eat carbohydrates that late either, as they'll be stored as fat Try eating something low-fat and with a decent amount of protein. Like chicken
If you wanna lose weight, do what i did, The Atkins, but only for 1week a month for 3months, do loads of exercise as well. it worked for me, lost 2stone
