    players/coaches shouldnt be tret like cattle. if they want to move they should be allowed to talk to whoever they like. its a human rights issue and thats why if it goes much further it will be taken all the way to the european high court... and as there is very little basis for such rules im sure the players will win.

    of course everyone should act with gentlemanly conduct, but how often do we see that in football ;)

    If Cole or Arnesen decide to take this further, they will win in Euro courts just like Bosman. You can't stop anyone in any working capacity going for interviews.
