    My Dad's mate was a mason. Dropped dead a couple of years ago. His wife will never have to work again, and the kids are sorted for life.

    I think the american secret socieities like skulls and bones, bohemian grove, etc. are far more interesting.... masons aren't that secret and they aren't that influencial.

    my dad was a mason and i keep gettin asked when i'm joining by all his old friends. the majority of the work they do is charity stuff but its all steeped in tradiotion and religion.

    Some bloke at work is well into his conspiracy theories. He reckons it goes back to the nights of the templar and they have all this ancient gold and the holy grail hidden away somewere. I've never seen The Da Vinci code, but basically it was a merging of the two. :lol:
