i never said ban him - joey. i said if he was a sportsman, he should --- off and find something else to win at. whats the point in winning the same races over and over again, making people turn off from a sport and sending it into decline.

lennox vs. the big show = now there's a fight....

Why should he go & try & win something else? He is the best the driver in F1 & he should do what he is good @. Its is up to others to rise to the challange. Schuey has push himself to stay ahead of the pack.

but it's a sport - why does he need to fill his ego any more by staying? he's got wads of cash and go anywhere he wanted into anything (driving related) - if he's such a 'sportsman' why stay? to me he's de-valuing the sport he loves so much. fans lose interest - as the viewing figures prove.

TOP LEVEL SPORT IS ABOUT WINNING! I know PE teachers & the government like to say "Its not the winning that matters, its the taking part that counts" which is okay for a schools end of term mams & dads egg spoon race but that saying is not right for top level sport.

The best F1 driver should not move on because others cant compete, it is up to others to challange.

i must be wrong then - but if i was him, i'd want more -= there's only so much u can do. i'd definately be thinking about doing something else. proper sportsmanship and all that. what about another team? surley someone else could afford him...

that's the most cack-handed agrgument I've heard in a long long time - by that score any sportsman who dominates his sport, Borg, Steve Davis, Ali, should retire because they're the best so as not to devalue the sport??? :spangled:

You're forgetting that not many seasons ago Ferrari were getting shat on regularly by Williams & McLaren... Schumacher has helped massively with the cars development which is part the reason why they now have the best car on the circuit.

Also he won his 1st 2 championships in a not very competitive Benetton

it's not a dig at his skills - there's no doubt there. the facts are people are no longer watching F1, to the point now where the governing body are having to change rules that have been around for years, simply to 'hinder' the bigger teams and give more chances to lower teams. rules and regulations are being brought in season after season. it's a sad state of affairs when rules have to be changed because some team is 'too good'.

    Montoya @ BMW williams.

    He WILL win this year.

Fuck ferrari, they should be disqualified for a year.

They have a budget twice the size of the next most prestigious team, no wonder they always win.
