    A blanket fee of £200 does sound a lot of money, especially if you're a DJ who only plays out in public very occasionally.

    BUT, if you're a professional DJ that gets paid to play once or twice a week then £200 a year is nothing.

    The PPL needs to realise this and make allowances for it.

    Anyway, have a good weekend everyone. I'm off to hear some DJs playing a load of non-PPL licensed digital download tracks in a dirty club in boro.
