i dont want to keep his money ive been bloody tryin to sort it out, gettin somebody to take his place so he got money back then sorting out all the costs and stuff but at same time if somebody wasnt comin in his place wot then wud he expect it all out of my pocket for him not comin

if u cancel a holiday normally u lose your money or some of it. the travel agent/airline dont giv u all your money back do they?

yeh thats understandable, but it just makes sense that if you replace someone then its only right that the person whos not going gets his cash back don't you think??

yeah he gettin his apartment money back but then with the flight coz its low cost airline u dont get any money back for cancelling and changing name is costing more than the flight and he isnt even prepared to get most of it back and pay some towards the costs coz if u not goin on holiday u cant really expect it all back there is always added costs.

coz i cant stand to b around him from all the arguments and fights we had. he was an absolute arsehole the last bout 1 or 2 months i was with him so had to finish him so i couldnt spend a day more with him never mind 2 weeks away

he paid, you say he can't go, the person you arrange to fill his place pays the money to martin, the name change costs get spread between everyone going.
