i dont think its that much of a revelation to be honest

in the north there isnt many suitable venues that could cater the needs for gg

and to keep it up here makes sense to move it to newcastle after building a regular crowd from junior g and then the normal gg lot.

That would be interesting, Evolve running purely as a trance night and GG as Xtra Hard. :D

your right on both counts, it would make sense and there aren't many venues suitable for goodgreef in newcastle

it would be great to have a regular goodgreef event in newcastle, my only problem is that i just dont like digital as a club
i do go to evolve but its more just for the craic with my mates and to get off it. i dont ever find myself thinking "im excited about going to digital 2nite" i dont think im in the minority when i say that either i think as a club digital splits the newcastle crowd right down the middle in there way of thinking.

At the end of the day yeah it might be another night at digital but its no different from going to say crasher/gods everyweek, and it aint digital that makes your night is whoevers on may it be the dig, wax on etc.

I personally love digital and think its nothing but good news for the toon to have a well known name making here a regular place to hold there events.

And havent evolve ran equally the same amounts of hard and trance nights.

really cant see gg focusing on the harder side of things there always going to incorperate techno/trance and house in the second room.

Theres just as many people who bum digital as bummed foundation, they just dont moan about it on this flippin message board.

About time this board closed down imo, all people do is whinge about 'the good old days at foundation'

If this is right, then dave stone saying he rang barry @ goodgreef about the friday events moving round would make a lot of sense, especially if gg were vying for a friday night spot in newcastle and wanted to do it at times square. Looks less and less like the melt-induced paranoia of "digital vs. the rest of the world" ;) :D

a second helping of humble pie for mr melt please

If the board closed down Newcastle would become the new Bridgend.
