I used to be quite "opinionated" about that exact same point a few years ago!! not so much now tho as i started feeling really old, like me dad demonising mobiles when they 1st come out.

go see someone like DJ Murphy. You'll soon relise that the point your making about CDJ's has about as much relevance or truth in it as a fish with tits.

i just dont like cd's.....fairysnuff a cd thrown in the middle of a vinyl set isnt an issue....i like the crisp oldness of fluff under the needle interfering with the warped bumps aaround the lumpy black veiny surface.

    is that so wrong? :king:

I personally could not give a fuck if the DJ is using cds, vinyl, laptop or whatever.

As long as he/she sends the crowd home happy then its job done in my eyes. And Eddie does seem to do this most (not all) times he play.

Not sure if Im missing something but all Halliwell is doing in that video is taking the bass out and putting it back in and then jumping around looking very pleased with himself

would that be that limp wristed flick knob twisting that he's getting into. that why both of those 2 vids were a bad example of eddie being great.

I've seen eddie be great, and these 2 vids are not that!!!

anyone can twiddle their knobs like that, it aint hard!

Just noticed this, but yeah they were fucking gash mate.

Im not saying every set he does is gash, but those sets were gash, and as the saying goes "your only as good as your last gig". he was shit.
So i dont intend on going to see another shit Eddie set.
Within ten minutes he was up on the edge of the booth, and cutting the volume to hear people shout EDDIE EDDIE EDDIE, but no fucker did it.
He was my favourite DJ to watch, but he is far from it now.
But your obviously an arse licker so theres no telling you i guess :D
