    Don't get me wrong mate, i understand its his choice

    I guess having not lived at home since i was 18 means i struggle to get my head round anyone still being at home in their twenties

    my older brother and younger sister moved out! they have 2 other kids who are 9 and 12 living here. its not like theyre gonna be alone without me. They've made it clear they dont mind me living here for aslong as i want cos apparently im "as good as gold":wink:

    jess - im not arguing for sake of it, im trying to explain that it isnt sad to live with parents at this age. People are different

    cos ive wanted to leave in the past mate. i just dont at this very point in time. situations change. im going to get laid off from work anytime because im a temp and im going in the RAF! what part of that do people not get?

    i'm the same, theres no way i could go back home now, even when i go home for a visit for a week, it does my head in after about two days.

    parents

    cooked meals
    washing done
    room tidied
    cheap

    i'l defo be moved out next year. il be either 22 or 23

    yeah i meant for me there :oops: but i should imagine its the same for a lot of people...

    and when you cook your own meals you have what you want cooked how you want etc everyday! :D

    but the other 3 are the only reasons i can see for people living at home....

    yeah me too, as much as i love my parents, a weekend is about all i can handle before i want my own space again

    i went shopping not long ago and picked loads mint food, if i had me own place the food would be all lush. theirs nowt fucking worse than when ya mam gets cheaper cola lmao.

    having the food u want is cool, if you're nee good at cooking though it'd be takeaways most nights for me:oops:

    i do want to move out, just not in the next few months.

    yeah if my parents saw all the alcohol & empties at ours i think my mother would have a heart attack!

    me too, i tend to just hide in my brothers room after that playing on the xbox and watching his endless supply of movies

    I still have nightmares about tesco roast chicken crisps after having them in school pack lunch too often :lol:

    i had to learn to cook when i stopped eating meat... prpoer meat and 2 veg family and they said they weren't gonna cook 2 meals every night...

    i love it now tho cos i'm fussy so now i get what i want done exactly how i want it :D
