WE WILL NOT GO DOWN. Our remaining fixtures
    Charlton (a)
    tottenham (h)
    southampton (a)
    fulham (h)
    blackburn (h)
    arsenal (a)
    aston villa (h)

The away games look tricky but i think we're more than capable of winning 3 of our home games, fulham and aston villa are worse than us (surely) and spurs are crap at bthe moment, and blackburn seem to do better against better teams (so that's ok 4us then). i think we'll do loss, win, draw, win, draw, loss, win = 11more points = 45in total = clear safety!

Charlton - have an excellent home record
Spurs - X-Leeds man Keane to bag a brace
Southampton - Better home record than Charlton & Beatie will score
Fulham - A club in more turmoil than Leeds (LEEDS WIN)
Blackburn - Duff,Coley,Yorky &..............Gilly should be to much for Leeds
    Arsenal - Arsenal
Aston Villa - They are shit (LEEDS WIN)

You should get six points will that be enough?
    Should be.

Tell me about Woodgate is he the best defender Leeds have had in the last 20 years?

If we got six points then West Ham would need 11 (or 10 +loadsa goals) and Bolton would need to get 8 +goals but they are bplaying each other and bolton have arsenal(home), blackburn, chelsea&sounthamton (away) which they won't win, so yep we'd still be ok with 6 points probs, tho wud b dodgy!

Woodgate has a clause in his contract that says he can go back to leeds for 20million in summer 2005 if the following conditions hold:-
-Newcastle didn't qualify for a higher European comp than leeds,
-Leeds want him back, and havesignificantly cleared their debt,
-Leeds can match his salary at the time and add 10%.
    so he may be back.

Cant see any of them happening by Summer 2005 especially the financial parts.

Fred 'The Good' Shepherd has done well to sucker Leeds into a deal where they (LEEDS) think they can get Woody back, but at the same time have no chance at ALL!!!!

    You serious?

Seaman's past it, Dyer can't defend to save his life, Campbell is probably the most over rated defender in the country, Barry hasn't got the experience (not even much at club level - 2nd string player), no Scholes?

Englend have tried playing 3 centre backs before without joy. We just don't have the players to fit in with that system.

Play that team against Turkey and we'll get hammered.

That why I said Seaman or Robinson because in between them every goalie is shit!

Dyer cant defend he does well in the middle for Newcastle and he did okay when Keegan played him in that postion against Poland and he was a right back for England U21s.
Campbell over rated have you seen RIO!!!!!!!!!
Barry the next time your in Brum ask the Villa fans and he has already played for the national team.

I thought under Hoddle England played some good football a lot better than we have done with 442 & Sven.

So what is your ideal team Scott The Dog.

I'd have to go for either Robinson or James in goal, probs James though.

I'd keep Gary Neville and Beckham on the right side as they play there almost every week for Man U + link up well.

Rio is Englands best defender IMO, had an outstanding world cup, yet Sol was voted the better of the two by FIFA. Bizarre!!! If Wes Brown is fit, I'd give him a run out. Rate Brown very highly when he's fit. Think Rio and Wes could be the future for England for years to come.

Got to keep Scholes in the team, he can turn a game around in a second. Don't think there's anyone anywhere near as good as him in that position.

I'd try to use Wayne Bridge as left back and have Ashley Cole as the left midfield. Cole is suspect in defence but good going forward. Bridge is a solid left back and think he'd cover any holes Cole leaves. Either that, or Trevor Sinclair. Think he had a decent enough world cup to warrant another game.

Up front, not convinced by many of them. Out of the ones we've got at the minute, probably go with Owen and possibly Bridge or Vassell along side him.

    :)

Are you a Man Utd fan by any chance.

Dyer played right-wing-back at Ipswich for years

David James is a total liability, no way is he a International keeper. If Steve Harper was playing regulary for Newcastle then he would be very close to getting a game for England, if James can then any fucker can.

James above Dave Seaman only in the haircut stakes

If you going 442 then you have to go Neville & Beckham right hand side.

On the Rio & Sol thing I will go with FIFA rather the your opinion,BIZARRE!!!!! Brown is not as good as Terry or Woody IMO.

Scholes can turn a game in second, but how many MORE seconds do England fans have to wait until he turns a game. It seems a long time ago since he did.

Again if your playing 442 I would go with Bridge & Cole but would play them the other way around. Ashley Cole is the player he is because he 80m of pitch in front of him play him
in more attacking role and you cut down the amount of space he can attack.

Up front Owen & Vassell wont work they are 2 small to play alongside each other

    Scott R U SVEN?
