the FFVII ps3 footage is a tech demo made by square for the E3 unveiling of PS3. they stated on the day that this was no more than a tech demo, and not to expect an actual game to come of it.

merely an opportunity to show off the real time processing abilities of the new system, im afraid.

wonder how he did that? when i did it with the mime method, i went down stairs, made some tea, ate it, done the dishes, watched the simpsons double bill, then went up stairs and i only took a quarter of his points!!!!

There is no remake being done at this point in time but square havent ruled it out and i think as long as the dvd sales for the film are good then tho will more than likely be doing it for ps3.

I've seen the vid of someone beating emerald in like 2 mins and have no clue wot is going on cuz its in jap. They somehow get barett to just continually do the ungarmax limit break without letting emerald even have a go.

Also here are some instructions on how to do this to emerald..

Equip barratt with 8 Counter materia linked to 8 Mime materia then have cloud use W-item to get barret pumped up with 2 Hero drinks, then have Barret use his limitbreak Ungermax on Emerald for 18 hits.

Emerald will then counter with beam attack and then barret will counter with mime 8 times meaning 8 consecutive Ungermaxs meaning 144 hits of 6000+ damage.

Easy when u think about it eh
