Exactly! They have to be as least as good and as 'educational' as Branson's autobiography. You need a break from the real world from time to time.

Talking about autobiographies, I keep meaning to finish John Simpson's. It's really interesting.

Isn't an Autobiography written by the subject?? Never mind.
At the mo I like reading technothrillers. Anything by Tom Clancy, Robert Ludlum and the likes. As I can't choose an outright fave I'll have to say I loved reading the Famous Five series by Enid Blyton.
Or what about those mental jellybean books where there was loads of em on a page doing different things.
    Ah, memories.

Oh aye, "Kes" based on A Kestrel for a Knave. The book was gud cos we read it at school. I had to read the bit in class where Billys bro Jud comes in pissed and Billy has to put him to bed. He punches him shouting "bastard bastard, drunken pig".
It was really embarrasing swearing openly in front of the teacher.
    I got over it tho.
The film was hilarious with Billy hanging from the crossbar with those massive shorts he had to lend for PE. The baldy bloke who used to be on the milk ads was a twat of a PE teacher.

Thats shocking. If they choose the book for a syllabus, it should be read exactly as the author meant it to be.
    Rant, rant, rant..... sorry.
