Right, the C-section is most definitely not a 'magical treatment'.

It is fairly substantial surgery, with risks of dying, bleeding, DVT, infection etc, it might impair maternal bonding, and it will sure as hell be painful and leave you with a big scar.

If you need one, you get one, celebrity or not, but hospitals compete to see who can get the lowest rates.

It's inappropriate for money to influence a clinical decision like that.
