I've just worked out a new routine..
Had to mold it round my busy life.. also had the gf expressing concerns she would never see me..

    Tuesday - Swimming
    Wednesday - Gym
    Saturday - Gym
Sunday - Kickboxin and Lau Gar :samurai:

Possible gym expeditions on the Monday, Thursday or Friday depending upon how I feel..
Got a whole eating plan on the go and trying (and failing) to give up chocolate..

    Also thinkin bout boxin.. maybe..
I love doin this stuff but its hard to find the time and sometimes even the ca$h to do it all.. :(

its really really good...At first its really hard...theres a warm up section for ten mins...then dance it out which includes lunges n stuff for 20 mins then pump it up which is very fast exercise which is really hard...then a bums n tum section to tone then a cool down bit :D

Invest in some equipment at home..
I've only got a few things.. but it'll still give u a canny workout if you do the right things..

I'm in the process of building a gym into my flat.. well a room with stuff in it.

Well actually its not a room cos its outside..

    hmmm
