That would be fucking fantastic! the put on the old reg's

    Ferry Corsten
    Corvin Dalek
    Roland Van Geleren
    Guy Ordanel
    Richard Tulip

i'd pay to see that :D

the general idea of the attic being anything other than a hangout for false weekend millionares was just gash IMO.

Trance in newcastle needs to be small, compact, dark and banging.

sad thing is you'll never see promise at cosmic.

deakin works for PBR (formerly ultimate leisure), and I suspect he just used it to pull more people into the attic.

If he'd put some forethought into his bookings and to location he could be doing so much better, and you might actually get a lot more of the old promise crew showing up. Look at how well the other small trance nights are doing.

Unless he cut the ties with PBR and went it alone, you're unlikely to see him having a go at making Promise work.

Which is a shame because I would quite happily show up if any of the peeps on K's list were booked.

A huge number of the old Promise crew either don't go clubbing any more/don't go clubbing regularly, or are into a different kind of music now.

junior g you're talking about finished over a year ago wasn't it? none of those 'regulars' went to the boro event hardly did they? where was their loyalty then? i saw proudy doing his best to get those 'regulars' down there and what happened? they deserted him

clubbers are so picky nowadays, their likes and dislikes change with the wind

You'd be inside a club not having a grand tour of the town.

iirc, 'club' was used in the very loosest term as well.

I went to one @ Boro and it wernt to bad i thought. Trouble was i think everyone was going their with the Ballrooms stuck in their minds and expecting the same sort of deal.

Totally different venue so a different sort of vibe is to be expected.

I'm from the other end and really enjoy it at Warehouse, I didn't go to Ballrooms though so don't have anything to compare it to.
