    Its where Passenger used to be. It was a canny little venue, low ceiling, dark and spacious if you know what i mean.

    Its a lapdancing club now mind.

    think that pretty much says it all, though I missed the bit about the lad who did the peper spraying getting his head stamped on (deservedly IMO) afterwards.

    i was there also mate, remember being out side for ages talkin shit to liberator haha.

    that pepper spray is fuckin aweful on the back of your throat, feel sorry for the poor cunt who got a face full haha!

    independant is a class venue in sland i recon, i think point would work well for trance but its a canny big venue and would take a lot of hard graft to fill.

    junk have booked fergie to play privledge soon, its not trance but privledge could be an idea. although thats where promise went for one night and flopped!

    independant is a class venue and i think trance would be good in there, but it doesnt get that full anyway and the people who do go are more into indie and stuff. Ward10 have struggled to fill it, iirc

    But what night are Point and Privilege gonna let you have it?

    the heirarchy of it went

    John Shaw + Phil Rogers then it was John Shaw + Phil Rogers + Big andy, then it was just big andy... who got conned there!

    andy has left and it looks like the original owner and owner of john and co's lease is getting someone to look after the place.

    fuck nah's who'll run the place tho - because the original owner, terry, works as a manager for the company that i work with.... conflict of interest and all that.

    dont know how its gonna work out - but a rekon kontakt should just find a different/better venue :wink:

    Honestly mate by the time I have enough cash to buy a house it's gonna be impossible to get a 2 bed flat in a decent part of gateshead for less than 120k I reckon. God help us for whoever is also thinking of moving out round about now!

    right carson assess my situation here:

    HSBC account with 200 quid overdarft:
    179 into it just after my pay.
    Credit card with 300 cash facility and 2 grand limit, and its clean.
    Barclays account, no overdraft.

    100 quid in debits leaving next week.

    they wont extend my overdraft, ive tried.

    shall i just ignore it and that'll make it go away?

    Reet this is what I would dee:

    Tell ur mother u cant afford the board due to some complicated circumstances at the payroll at work = score for 140 notes.

    Then visit www.djdeals.co.uk at night after 12 cans then order 5k plus of gear on finance then organize to sell it to someone for more or less half bat (preferably Basic Instinct) score for 3k

    Score for a few grand with nothing to pay for a 'while'! :D
