I did jerk chicken (chilli, paprika, lime juice, coriander seeds, ginger, cumin - pestle and mortar then marinaded) with herb, spinach and rocket salad, sprinkled with toasted pine nuts.

Then some potato salad with shallots and a parsley dijon dressing. Few chunks of ciabatta bread on the side .... et voilla.

All home made - Im a proper mincer in the kitchen. LOL.

    House mates enjoyed it :)

My best meal is chicken fajitas. I'm not fussed about loads of herbs and spices in food that i make.. just lob some chilli sauce in and I'm done.

I always have to chop chilli and add it.

I think it was the discovery one that i got as a one off and it was lush. It was the first time i'd made chicken fajitas though cos i usually make beef with the old del paso.

sounds nice but you should avoid tinned peas, the amount of salt in them is horrendous!

frozen garden peas all the way, take about the same time to heat and they are muuuuch nicer!

I made a treacle tart last week - Eggs, Creme Fraiche, Treacle, Syrup ........ total work of art baby ;) Even took pictures.

Then did artichoke pesto and parmesan crisp salad.

    Pre clubbing food :D

If i wasnt in IT i would have loved to have been a chef or something. Great fun :)
