    quite a generalisation........

    i have the opinion that drink and tabs are worse than the illegal drugs that i take but i have my reasons for saying that, but i wouldn't say drink was worse than smack or crack if you know what i mean.

    Drink has an overall really bad effect on me, i lose all my senses, have no control over anything i do, cant see, speak, walk etc throw up all over the place, get violent and makes me smoke more so therefore killing my lungs and increasing my chances of heart disease and cancer.

    The drugs i take however gives me virtually the exact opposite reaction, i am a nicer person in my everyday life compared to what i used to be like before i started taking them. i remain in full control of myself and i am 100% aware of what i am doing at all times!

    I did go off them for a short while, like the last 6 months but now i have come to realise that to take in moderation reigns superior!:king:

    Dont smoke been quite for well over a yr now!

    Dont touch drugs no more and havnt in 5 month and dont intend on!

    However I do drink not laods thou, apart from this week but its okay its mxas! :p

    I probs drink on a weekend only, binge drinker I guess! Either a Friday or a Sunday! :D

    Quit Smoking cos its stupid waste of money and life

    Stopped taking drugs cos they got boring and dont need them AT ALL

    Could never stop drinking... no way. nope, nope nope

    smoke still but cutting down a lot...

    drink quite a bit but in moderation, i rarely get ratarsed.

    "other assorted substances"... once every couple of months on a big night out.

    I don't smoke.. don't take drugs and only drank 5 times the whole of last year..

    do all of the above but in moderation say once a month which i tell myself isnt to bad and am only a social smoker but smoke:chill: on a night time helps me get to sleep:yawn: :yawn:

    drink but i dont drink to get drunk these days...just like havin a few drinks when im out so i can remember everything that went on....
    me n kerry went to the boat completley straightheaded n had a class laff observing n talking to all the people that were in messes and totally hammered!! :p tis much more fun that way!! xxx
