was also playing tonight, we won, but i got sent off again.

gonna need a second mortgage for my league fines soon.

i model myself on boateng. i like to lunge at people whilst covering every inch of the pitch. i especially enjoy sacking ankle biting forwards.

Show them the good old 2 footed tackles

i seriously can't move. it took me 2min to get down 13 stairs this morning, thats 9.23 seconds per step

How do you get your lungs used to running?? My legs have no problem but my lungs cave in after 5mins on the tredmill
