    i have no doubt in my mind that the money you spent on legal d/l's, you could of spent on things you really need or on a night out you stopped in for because you had no money:fart:

    hairy - the point im making is towards tracks that can't be got by digital download aswell by the way, i think if a track is available to download then people should pay for it :)

    What if i baught a few tracks online, and Peter wanted to listen to them, and i sent them to him over MSN???

    This happens alot, theres no way they can stop it!

    Yes, but all you're doing is justifying theft - It doesn't matter what peoples opinions are about it - coz at the end of the day - THE LAW IS THAT MUSIC IS SOMEONES INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN ANY FORM, therefore to have it in your posession without having paid for it, or being given permission to have it, is wrong. The fact that people can do it so easily doesn't make it right.

    i only download mixes.. while at work... and i don't even run any P2P software at home or work..

    although console games in a different matter... but i buy them off a lad who's into organised crime so meh

    i buy albums and vinyl. not many albums mind.

    i dont think its right, but at the same time i dont think half the people have any other choice, if all tracks become avaiable to buy by download then they have no excuse for downloading illegally
