just found this, quite a reliable sourse i'd say.

i got an average of about 35kb/s after a few goes.

edit: since you beat me to it mr. flintoff!! - that's a 512kbs Tiscali connection

Thats impossible on a 1meg line mate.. something has gone wrong there

same thing will be happening on his thats happening on mine. im on 1mb but theyre doing speed tests and contention tests.
