    1. Matt Hardwick-
always class and deserves a much higher placing than he usually receives.

    2. Above and Beyond-
I wish I could have put them in joint first place. Tri- State is immense, and their sets this year have been something else!

    3. Jon O Bir-
Never ever heard a bad mix from him yet, he's class and deserves more recognition.

    4. Mark Eteson-
Very impressed by his monthly mixes and his set at Gods in July was amazing. Looking forward to seeing him again next Fri

    5. Armin Van Buuren-
Have only seen him once in the past year :O He's still class but his mixes have not been as good as previous years, imo

Who cares? We don't need a 'Top 100 Bands' or a 'Top 100 Singers' so why the fuck do we need this?

Incidently, if we did have a 'Top 100 Bands' you can guarantee the only people sad enough to vote in it would be smash hits reading tenny popping 'indie kids', with it consisting of a few super successful bands, ie. oasis, chilli peppers, u2 (read Sasha, Digweed, Cox, Van Dyk etc.) around the top, then a mass of lilly livered tasteless shite (that's not to say u2 aren't tasteless shite) ie. Embrace, Fightstar, Kasabian, Razorlight, Keane, Killers (read Judge Jules, Van Burren, Ferry Corsten, Christopher Lawrence etc.) populating the rest of the top 50..

The actual quality bands (general), primal scream, flaming lips, the rapture, yeah yeah yeah's, the dears, the faint etc. (UMEK, Warren, Lavelle, Meat Katie, Shadow, Tenaglia, Alkan, Plumps, Kahuna) would be anywhere from 20 onwards..

In a word Trance is the indie equivelant of Fightstar.
