Apart from the checking references and proof reading, the rest should take no more than 15mins total. You'll be fine.

    Good luck

Writing mine was the most stressful time of my life!!

The best thing to do is to split it up into sections and aim to get a section done per week (ish).

    I got a first for mine! :D :D

we need to do all that shit plus hand in all the journal articles we've used, put all our raw data onto cd and hand that in, and submit a copy on line to be scanned for plagiarism

had to do a website and 8000 words.

when i was doing mine, i used to wake up at 8am in the morning then sit in my kegs all day at the pc till about 12 at night. it felt weird when i looked in the mirror. proper grim.

had a total nightmare on the day of hand in as well, left it far too late to get it bound, so had to hand it in unbound! luckily they let me get it sorted and did not drop any marks.

got a 2:1 so was happy in the end (something that si quick will never get)

When I was an energy journalist I used to write around 12,000 words, in two to three days, every single week.

I've not got a degree but I always do far too much work on projects when I do the odd course here and there..

The last project turned from a website into a dynamic website.. then into a website with a Content Management System.. which then I decided to do as an external visual basic program.. then the documentation for the whole thing spreads across 4 or 5 folders..

Not sure about wordage.. but its between 16,000 and 20,000 (excluding the code.. which would push another 2,000 - 5,000 words on top!).. spent fucking ages doing it.. pulled a distinction out the hat though :)
