eat 3 sensibly portioned meals a day. make sure you dont skip breakfast. if you have to snack between meals, eat fruit or even better as less sugar, vegetables such as raw carrot. and be happy with how you look. unless you are dangeously overweight, just be happy with how you look. If you're confident with your body and beauty, then everyone else will be. Ive gone up to just over 11 stone now, and yes, my mum keeps telling me in getting fat, but i dont really care, im happy as a person now, i was abuot 7.5 stone when i was at my lowest...and she didnt like that either...ah well Mossope loves me just the way i am.
im thinking of getting some slimming pills i dont eat alot but what i do eat is shite basically know a few people who have lost weight on them ephidrines(sp) was thinking along those lines anybody tried some that do actually work???
I just read an article in Cosmo last night about sexy weight not ideal weight and it was on about everyone having a sexy weight as well as an ideal weight, basically saying that there's a weight here you feel confident and sexy, and it's not always at a skinny stage,some people felt a lot sexier and happy and confident at a bigger size, so people are encouraged to find that weight rather than dieting too much and becoming too thin and energyless etc. I don't think I could diet tbh, not at the minute anyway, I'm a really really fussy eater, a pain in the arse to take out for food, don't like Italiens, pizza, pasta, cheese and tend to eat fatty foods and junk food. I'm hoping that one day I will change and begin to like healthier foods, but atm I can easily eat like a horse and not gain any weight which makes me a bitch I know I know this is gunna change when I get older and that it isn't healthy for me, but I don't see the point in me eating crap and starving myself when at the minute I'm happy with things
im a fussy eater and i cook for myself my culinary skills reach as far as oven chips and fish fingers or beans on toast i do get alot of fruit when i shop though just need that extra little something plus im bone fcuking idle
I just cut down on the size of the portions and that usually helps me los weight, and not forget lots of exercise
definatly, but thats not always the case, cause I for one never do any exercise apart from raving, although I do that pretty hard so I guess thats my workout.
everyones different tho, i kno up to i was 18 i could eat as much as i wanted and not put any weight on
yeah your right I put my endless eating down to the fact that I'm 6'3" so my tummy is longer than everyone elses.
