    1) melt HAS paid for banner space however threads aren't normally made sticky under normal forum rules

    2) jess decided to sticky the Anil thread even though they haven't paid for any banner space


    so - who was the first to break the rules? i've been mod for a long time now and have never abused my position, however, i've now stickied it as it seems the old rules the council used to enforce dont' apply any more - so why should certain nights suffer who contribute money to the running of this board


    make perfect sense, don't you think?
