= lots of stripey jumper monged out menaces in digital toilets

at the end of the day people complain when its only local djs and they complain when its big names,you can never win

so if "promoters" put more local djs on then no one comes

and they put more a list djs on and they get criticised for selling out

at the end of the day its just a square room with flashing lights and overpriced drinks with a brand name dj playing records a lot of local djs could mix better themselves

one day everyone will wake up and realise this and clubland in its current guise will be no more

well it seems like ages ago you held the last detox

there would have been a december one had the lottery not dispensed a load of funding for refurbishment to the tyneside cinema effectively turning it into a building site for 6months-1year

but its never been intended to run as weekly, fortnightly or monthly,

it runs when the right location has been found, whether thats 2 weeks apart between one and the next or 2 years

it would be so easy to follow the masses and do venues that have been done to death but wheres the risk / fun / danger in that

I my nanna works at the tyneside cinema its over in Gateshead now she was looking forward to a good old stomp

I think its good how its not run weekly makes it more special other events will prolly try and copy like

wassthis? not heard of it. anyway the court case is only aweek away. argh

Youve never heard of it hmm my mate did one a while back shame the case is so close maybe have a word with your solicitor

I heard of it for drink driving where you get the option of doing a course and getting a shorter ban.

1 last question do we have to travel to get to the March event? i.e by coach

there will be a coach

but each 1 will have a detox steward on it to ensure people get on it going and get on it coming back

the journey is only 30mins from toon

as opposed to an hour for the eden and medieval events in 06
