    As u can see I also found the setting!! :wiggle:

    Here it is if anyone else ever has this prob:

    Right click on My Computer > select Properties > Advanced tab> Performance > Settings > Visual Effects tab > scroll down to Use Drop Shadows for Icon Labels on Desktop > check the box > click Apply. :up:
