maybe the way round it is to stop torturing and killing them in the first place, as much as the antagonism comes from us. That or go on peacekeeping missions, A team style

thats my point. if u were gonna get the same pay with either job, why work yasel daft with the training to be a doctor? i just feel that i wouldn't be the only person to think this way therefore it would create a state of lazy bone-idle bastards!

That I agree with... I personally wouldn't like to live ina communist state...

Just don't think it can be dismissed as quickly as everybody does.

Thats the point i was trying to make earlier, some people work thier whole lives to get somewhere and if they knew they were only going to have the same status and wealth at the end of all that: why bother?

Becuase the motivation is the job... who wants to empty bins all their life... Look at the amount of doctors cuba has...

The great thing about communism is the binman has a chance at becoming a doctor... which most don't in captalist countries.

if we say, were to go communist next week, everyone in this country would still see jobs like doctors for example as really hard jobs and training, and would see the new system asless rewarding, so would not train/quit and do something easier!!

we are all too lazy to get more 'stimulating' jobs!!

    Democracy does not work.

If you saved all the cash the world spends on democracy you could fix 95% of all the problems.

It's a big joke on us, do you really think we have any choice, do you think that your vote really counts?

The media controls the world, it's not direct control but it's still control.

I'm no commie but that's just not true.

I agree with Joe. For plenty of people the motivating factor in becoming a doctor is not the remuneration but the fact that they care and actually want to do something to help people.

Just beacsue u dont agree with my opinion, that does not make it meaningless and that is a key part 2 learn about debate - perhaps u are the one who is lost?

Fair enough the motivation is the better job for many people...but for the majority of the population the motivation is money and getting more money...if it wasnt about money why wouldnt everyone just be living off the ss?

What are you babbling on about how can u hold a conversation on communism when u don't understand it at even a basic level?

Do you think it might be better to explain things to them or ignore them, rather than condescending and be rude to them?

i would like to think so but living in middlesbrough town centre has gave me a very negative view of the majority of people!!

i myself have chose a career (physiotherapy) which i find rewarding because i like it, you make good money, but not amazing, and i got excellent a-levels etc so could have done management or something which i could have earned lots more but wouldnt have liked as much!!

i agree the media does rule the world, and in many ways can be compared to a dictatorship, but is less direct in its orders.

and i don't think my vote counts, so i don't bother!!plus i know nowhere near enough to go into any kind of politics, leave it top the people who have spent all their lives doing it!
