My argument is that they arn't the same

Visa Electron accounts are exactly the same as Solo accounts. In other words, the same.

natwest are gash, they wouldn't upgrade my GF card from solo to switch even thou she is 20 and has a student account with them!!

They also keep taking money from her a/c

HSBC is the way forward

One is a Switch, the other is a Visa.

Ive been thinking about changing to HSBC .... Halifax get on my nerves!

they aint been totally replaced, as my gf still has one!!

and i have one from natwest but dont use that a/c anymore

Switch/ Maestro - overdraft

A Solo is a type of Switch.

No dickhead I didnt say Electron was new, I said Visa Electron is phasing out Solo. Likewise Maestro is phasing out Switch.
